So, this feature is used to create unique arts. AI creates arts based on the demand of a person. Also by learning from patterns and data.

General Adversarial Network:

A machine learning model known as GAN uses two neural networks. The Discriminator and The Generator. The Generator’s aim is to create “fake” images. Meanwhile, the discriminator uses a given data set to try to recognize “false images” created by the Generator. Thus, resulting in an ever evolving arts by AI.

Convolutional Neural Networks:

Simply put, CANs are GANs with the ability to think creatively. Similarly, it tries to replicate actual human innovation. The results are more unpredictable and surprising. 

Neural Style Transfer:

Neural style transfer is the method of changing one input image into another’s style. You may upload a photo of yourself and get a totally different artist inspired art.

Recent AI Generated Art controversy:

At the Colorado State Fair, 39-year-old Jason M. Allen has won an art competition. His Art titled “Theatre D’opera” Spatial image. He won the “digital arts” category. This art was created using an AI Art generator called “Midjourney”.

Is AI Art a Threat to NFT Artists?

Jason’s Twitter post about award winning artwork got a mixed response. Meanwhile, many people criticized the art for using AI. However, NFT community is open for any changes. And the artists have found creative ways to adopt AI into their arts.

However, it would be unfair to categorize AI Arts as “Threat”. Because, NFT artists are far too creative and talented to be mimicked by any computer programme. AI Art has a potential of creating arts in numerous ways.
